What we collect

Account data: your email address, name and login method. Billing data: your Stripe customer id and purchase history (card details stay with Stripe). Content: the prompts and images you submit and the videos generated for you. Basic technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.

If you join a launch waitlist we store only your email address for that purpose.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, process payments, generate and store your videos, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, launch notices you asked for). We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), our AI video model provider (your prompt and image, to generate the video), our hosting and storage providers, and our email provider. They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. You can delete your account from the settings page; generated videos and uploads are deleted with it. Uploaded source images are sent to the model provider and are not kept in your library.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email support@a2oliteneonai.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security cookie used during sign-in. Your light/dark choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention, governed by Stripe's cookie policy. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; if we add analytics we will update this policy and ask for consent where required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser — blocking the session cookie means you can't stay signed in.
