Refund Policy

Failed, canceled or interrupted renders are refunded automatically. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase by emailing support.

If a video fails to generate (provider error, safety filter), you cancel it while it renders, or it is stopped after the 15-minute limit, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund in your credit history.

Purchased credits never expire while your account is open.

Email support@a2oliteneonai.app from your account email with the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Purchases are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, which handles payment support. You can also ask Link support (support.link.com) about a charge or a refund within 60 days of purchase. Refunds include any sales tax or VAT you paid. Refunded purchases may have their unused credits removed.
