Terms of Service

NeonDuo ("we", "us") is operated by NeonDuo, Hong Kong and provides a web tool that generates short AI videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI models (currently Seedance 2.5 and GPT Image 2). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

NeonDuo is an independent fan tool for the A2O LITE “NEON” dance trend. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by A2O Entertainment, A2O LITE or its members; “NEON” and its music belong to their owners.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login secure. One person per account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are bought as one-time packs or granted monthly by a subscription. Prices and the credit cost of each preset are shown before purchase and before each generation. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Purchases are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for the payment: it calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, may show the price in your local currency, issues your receipt, and handles payment and refund support. Charges appear on your card statement as LINK.COM*. Questions about the videos themselves go to us.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled; you can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.

You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or content that impersonates a real person in a deceptive way. Only upload images you own or have permission to use, and do not upload photos of people without their consent.

The model provider's safety filters may block some prompts or images; blocked generations are refunded. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including attempts to exploit refunds or payment flows.

You keep the rights you have in your prompts, uploads and generated videos, subject to the model provider's terms. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to run the service. AI output can be unexpected or inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it.

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may change, be interrupted or switch underlying models (for example, to a newer model version when it becomes available). We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
